3. Products, Pricing & Availability
- All prices are listed in INR and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to modify prices, discounts, descriptions or availability at any time without notice.
- Product images are indicative; minor variation in packaging/colour may occur.
4. Orders & Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it at our discretion, including for stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or non-serviceable PIN codes. Confirmation email constitutes acceptance.
5. Payments
Payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We do not store card details. In case of payment failure, please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Use of Products
Products are sold for personal use only and shall not be resold. Always read the label, patch test, and consult a qualified medical practitioner before use. The Company is not liable for misuse or use contrary to label instructions.
7. Consultations
Virtual consultations are advisory in nature. They do not replace an in-person medical examination. The Company is not liable for outcomes arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the user.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service — including brand name, logos, product names, photographs, formulations, copy and code — is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international IP laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use any of it without prior written permission.
9. User Content & Reviews
By submitting reviews, photos or testimonials, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use them for marketing. You confirm the content is original and lawful.
10. Prohibited Conduct
- No unlawful, fraudulent or infringing activity
- No scraping, reverse-engineering or unauthorized access
- No resale of products on unauthorized marketplaces
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's aggregate liability arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the value of the order that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Kolkata, West Bengal.
