1. Serviceability
We ship pan-India through reputed logistics partners (Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, India Post, Shiprocket network). Selected products may also be available for international shipping; charges and timelines are calculated at checkout.
2. Order Processing
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a business day are processed the same day.
- Orders placed on Sundays / public holidays are processed the next business day.
- Dispatch typically occurs within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro cities: 2–4 business days
- Tier-2 / Tier-3 cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote / North-East / J&K / Andaman: 7–10 business days
These are indicative; actual time may vary due to courier load, weather, or local restrictions.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free standard shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499.
- Below ₹499: a nominal shipping fee of ₹49 is added at checkout.
- Cash on Delivery (where available): ₹49 COD handling fee.
5. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive the AWB / tracking number via email, SMS and WhatsApp. You can also track on our Track Order page using your Order ID and registered email.
6. Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Shipments
- Couriers typically make up to 3 delivery attempts.
- If undelivered (wrong address, recipient unavailable, refused), the parcel is Returned-to-Origin (RTO).
- For prepaid orders, refund (less forward shipping & RTO charges) is issued post receipt.
7. Damaged / Tampered Packages
Please record an unboxing video. If the outer pack is damaged or seal is tampered, refuse the delivery or report within 48 hours with the video. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
